At our restaurant, you can taste specialties from all over Kyushu.

One of Kyushu's specialties is motsunabe.
You don't have to be in winter to enjoy hot pot.
We are proud to introduce our specialty, "Hakata authentic motsu nabe".

Hakata authentic motsu nabe is made with carefully selected beef from Kyushu,
It is a popular menu throughout the year with plenty of vegetables to go along with it!
You can choose your favorite broth, either Hakata soy sauce broth or homemade yuzu miso broth.
Recommended is the soup made with yuzu miso, a rare white miso based soup in Fukuoka.
Finish with chanpon noodles or zosui (rice porridge), and be sure not to leave any of the delicious soup that has been infused with the flavor of the dish.
Hakata authentic motsu nabe can be selected according to the number of people: [small] for 1 or 2 persons or [large] for 3 or 4 persons.
