At "Sakana-ya Danji," we offer a selection of specialty dishes from all over Kyushu, and
We prepare our dishes so that our guests can experience the local flavors.
For example, when it comes to horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto, freshness is everything!
The melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor are simply irresistible.
In addition, the charcoal-grilled dish made with Black Satsuma chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture is a dish that fully brings out the chicken’s natural umami.
These "Seseri Yukari Dried Snacks," with a little extra twist, have a hint of yukari that you'll find yourself craving♪
What’s more, our signature “Fresh Fish Served in a Whiskey Barrel,” made with seasonal fish, is a must-try dish featuring a lavish arrangement of fresh seafood!

Our store is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, making it very easy to get to.
We source fresh seafood directly from the market every day.
This course, featuring classics like whole raw squid and sesame-coated mackerel (freshly killed), is a real treat for seafood lovers!
We also carry a wide selection of rare local sake from Kyushu, so please enjoy them alongside our delicious dishes.
Inside the restaurant, you can choose from a variety of seating options—including counter seats, tables, and sunken kotatsu seats—to suit any occasion.
We also offer set menus that include all-you-can-drink options, making them perfect for get-togethers with friends or company parties.
