Hakata authentic motsu nabe" is an authentic "motsu nabe" made with fresh beef and vegetables from Kyushu.
The plump texture of the beef chub and the sweetness of the fat that melts in your mouth are addictive.
The vegetables are also soaked in the broth, making them tender and even more flavorful and exquisite.
There are two types of soups available: Hakata soy sauce soup and homemade yuzu miso soup,
