The menu features summer delicacies such as horse sashimi directly from Kumamoto and Kuro Satsuma chicken from Kagoshima.
The horse sashimi has a rich flavor and tender texture, and the Kuro Satsuma chicken is grilled over charcoal for a savory flavor.
Fresh fish directly from the market is also purchased daily and served fresh.
