At Sakana Yadanzi, we offer a selection of the finest local sake and shochu from all over Kyushu. Kyushu is blessed with rich nature and culture, and each prefecture produces its own unique sake. We have carefully selected a lineup of highly recommended sake from among them, so that you can enjoy a rich variety of tastes.

Sake ranges from refreshing to deeply flavored. We also offer a wide variety of shochu, including not only sweet potato and barley shochu, but also rare rice shochu and brown sugar shochu. Even those who love to drink will surely discover something new!

At Sakana Yadanzi, we also focus on dishes that go perfectly with local sake and shochu. We carefully prepare ingredients unique to Kyushu, such as fresh horse sashimi directly from Kumamoto and Kuro Satsuma chicken from Kagoshima. We especially recommend the fresh fish that comes directly from the market every day. The boldly grilled straw-baked cold Spanish mackerel and fresh live sesame mackerel are exquisitely flavored.
